Authors and Contributors
Hold all of the information about your authors and contributors. Including all their contact details, biographical information and much more right down to whether they will attend booksignings or not.
The Anko Publishing Manager allows you to have upto fifty contributors per title and to hold the relevant contracts (including royalties and advances of course), marketing information which you may pull into your AIs.
Hold all your contributor information as specified by the Onix standard. As well as bio, author questionnaire, marketing and just any other piece of information you can think of to assist in the marketing of your titles.
In addition, you may store all your contributor contact information for use in, for example, mail merges, royalty statements and even the contributors contracts.
You may also store images and files (eg, resumes, example of work etc.) for each contributor an have them open in their native applications.
And, of course, all the required information to comply with the Onix standard so you can ensure your trading partners have the most complete bibliographic information possible to better enable them to sell your titles.
